THE STORY
A REBEL FOUNDATION FORGED IN THE TRENCHES.
More than two decades ago, we launched with a different kind of mission. Rooted in skateboarding, snowboarding, motocross, and vibrant youth culture, our foundation was built on radical authenticity. We have never been a classic agency. We strive to change minds, touch hearts, and choreograph cultural change through positive creativity.
That rebellious foundation has evolved into a global communications force. Led by creative Swiss Army knife Oliver Schran, we scaled our hands-on expertise from the trenches into the high-stakes world of international motorsport. Operating as a highly versatile, creative Special Ops unit across more than 30 countries, we scale our footprint exactly to the mission.
Whether spearheading core brand marketing for VANS across Central Europe, producing the Tribeca-featured documentary „That’s the Way“ (2010), embedding within various Red Bull communication teams, creating Formula 1 promotion pieces, or serving as the digital media backbone for the Red Bull Junior Team and Red Bull Rookies Cup since 2008, the scope of our work constantly adapts, but our philosophy never wavers.
THE CORE TEAM

Coming straight from the production trenches as a working photographer and solo filmmaker, he successfully scaled his technical expertise to execute more than 100 global event projects for Red Bull.
His deep roots in international motorsport have taken him to the absolute pinnacle of racing, including working within Formula 1. Having operated across more than 30 countries, his career spans everything from co-founding the Alpencup MX Series to building scalable digital content engines for global brands.
Today, he operates at the intersection of strategic marketing vision and flawless execution.

Known for his highly entertaining, "rock 'n' roll" presentation style, Seeger expertly breaks down complex topics like AI, Employer Branding, and Change Management.
He challenges leaders to ditch boring PowerPoint meetings in favor of genuine corporate culture, creativity, and disruptive innovation.

Today, he directs and produces authentic, precision-driven visual content and editorial platforms for the action sports and racing industries.
Busty knows exactly how to capture high-stakes action because he’s lived it, seamlessly translating raw adrenaline into premium brand storytelling.

Flo seamlessly navigates high-pressure environments, having photographed the majority of DAX-listed CEOs as well as global political figures like Angela Merkel.
From the paddock to the executive boardroom, he brings elite technical precision and a unique visual style to every subject.

As an X-Games medalist recognized for his exceptional action-sports cinematography, he has documented extreme remote landscapes, including a grueling 4,700-kilometer self-supported off-road expedition across Morocco. Renowned for designing bespoke bicycles like his famous "Volcano Racer," Mougel also collaborates with major global outdoor and tech brands as a creator and official ambassador.


In 2014, he established Iron Vault Studios so he could offer photography services for any type of visual need. On site, in studio, on location or abroad, Iron Vault Studios can provide high quality images.

He is recognized for producing and directing campaigns for global brands like Sony, Red Bull and TV Networks like ESPN.
His focus is action sports, outdoor subcultures, and adventures like freestyle motocross and fly fishing.
